The CCU-890 can transmit the high quality HDTV video signals and audio signals of HDTV studio cameras up to a maximum of 3000m by an optical fiber cable.
- Enables transmission of high quality HDTV video signals up to a maximum of 3000m* by an optical fiber cable. (BS-89 : a maximum of 1000m*)
- Employs the Frame Synchronizer on RET line.
*Not available at VBS RET. Available up to 2 RET lines at FS ON.
- Available embedded audio signal as standard.
- Using a down converter and an up converter in the CCU, both HDTV and SDTV video are provided simultaneously. (option)
- The modules for the CCU-890 and the BS-89 are mostly the same.
- Equipped 4 HD-SDI outputs.
- With optional triax modules, the triax operations for the CCU-890 can be done. (development plan)
- Employs ARC NET interface in addition to conventional serial command control.
